Shakespeare in The Garden
It’s summertime - time for outdoor frolics and al fresco refreshments. When Feckenham Village Hall Committee heard that a fine company of professional actors was passing their way en route to the Edinburgh Festival it decided that it was too good an opportunity to miss!
The Globe Players are based in London and have been taking high quality shows to unusual places for over 50 years - Jeremy Irons and Haley Mills are among their patrons - and now they’re coming to Feckenham to put on a show in a village garden.
The show “Shakespeare in the Garden” is packed with comedy, tragedy, romance and mystery. The players will take us on a whistle stop tour of the Bard’s life and work with plenty of magic, scandal, love and gore for all the family!
