FREE taster session with the Selby Rock Choir
Are you looking to learn to sing?
The Selby Rock Choir is led by vocal coach Kate Peters. We have a great year lined up and we would like to invite you to join our choir and take part in the local Selby and wider North Yorkshire area. We are the Selby rehearsal of the trailblazing Rock Choir. We often team up with the other local North Yorkshire choirs to perform live in groups of 200, 800 and even 11,000 at Wembley Arena for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'. These inspirational moments are unique to the Rock Choir experience. It's unbelievable and you can still join the choir.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Selby Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Selby choir members recommend their friends!

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
