Join Countryside Education Trust staff for a guided coastal walk from Lepe Beach. Along our walk we will discuss and examine the impacts of sea level rise on this part of the Solent.
This will be an approximately 1.75-mile one way walk along the beach. One of our minibuses will pick us up at the other end and take us back to Lepe.
Those who wish can join us for a picnic upon our return to Lepe.
This beach walk is relatively flat, but has some rough terrain and includes walking on shingle. Sturdy shoes and clothes appropriate for inclement weather (sun or rain) and a water bottle will be necessary.
Suitable for children aged 8 and up.
Please be aware that there is a parking charge at Lepe Country Park.
