Foraging with Wild Food UK - Ayrshire

Whether you're just starting your foraging journey, or you wish to gain more confidence when identifying springtime edibles, our experienced foraging instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring you gain the confidence to identify and gather wild edibles safely. Course Highlights: 1. Foraging Fundamentals: Master the basics of identification, safety, and ethical foraging practices. 2. Wild Edibles Cooking: Elevate your culinary skills by incorporating foraged ingredients into delicious dishes. 3. Seasonal Foraging: Explore the changing landscape & learn to identify springtime delicacies. 4.
