FREE taster session with the Middleton Rock Choir
If you have ever wondered 'are there any community choirs near me?' then the answer is firmly yes!
The Middleton Rock Choir is led by local vocal tutor Xander-Jaymes Le Petit. The Middleton branch is part of the unique national singing family that is Rock Choir. Whilst retaining our focus on Middleton community causes and events, all the local Heywood choirs come together in regional and even national groups for bigger events, such performing en masse at the O2 Arena, achieving album sales that enter the charts, nationwide flaskmobs and Guinness World Records and helping to raise millions for charity. Joining this incomparable musical national treasure is very easy, there are no auditions, there's no need to read music and we're open to everyone in your local community!
Rock Choir offers the chance to sing pop, rock and Motown songs together in a comfortable, unauditioned way. There are 10+ rehearsals a term and any commitment you make fit easily around the main holiday times in the year.
