50 Years of Starlight Memories
It doesnt happen very often in this current environment of 2024 where you can say you have a theatre group celebrating 50 years.
Following on from the success of the 50th Year Pantomime in January 2024 (Robinson Crusoe) three long serving members of the group came up with concept of doing a variety show over the summer to showcase elements what the Starlight Players have done over the 50 years. It's something to be proud of and to showcase what has been achieved.
The '50 Years of Starlight Memories' is a variety show and the name is in 'variety' as it consists of dances, songs, acting, sketches, lovely costumes and different sets to complement that current scene. The cast and crew have worked hard as it involves all those on and off stage to move scenery and allow that flow between the different scenes. It is a real team effort.
We are hoping that this variety show will make you laugh and want to dance along them aisles.
This show caters for all the family so come along and support the Criccieth Starlight Players in celebrating the previous 50 years and to look forward to hopefully another 50 years of theatre within the beautiful location that is Criccieth.
It is lovely to work with the Memorial Hall in Criccieth as is such a beautiful setting to perform.
