Scarecrow Festival & Trail
In 2015 the villages of Moreton, Outwoods & Bromstead organised a Scarecrow Festival & Trail which was a great success with many villagers taking part. Many,many visitors enjoyed their visit and this year we are organising our fourth Scarecrow Festival based on the theme 'The Olympics and /or France' to coincide with the Paris Olympics. The festival will be on Saturday, Sunday 7th, 8th September with over 45 Scarecrows will be on display around the villages.
There will be a Craft Fayre on Saturday and refreshments in the Millennium Community Centre from which the trail can be obtained. A small Beer Festival and a BBQ are being held in the Community Centre and live music on Sunday afternoon.
Do come and enjoy the family fun.
