We start our journey at Summerhill Force and Gibson’s Cave, crossing the river Tees by the Winch Bridge, the oldest known metal suspension bridge.
Continuing upstream, our journey takes us to Low Force, where we will walk through unique geology and an ancient Juniper forest.
High force is next to be seen from a lofty viewpoint, and shortly after Bleabeck force, as we head for the open fells to catch a glimpse of White force.
We are returning across the moorland via the ancient Green Trod through Holwick to our start point at Bowlees Visitors Centre
