A local housebuilder is opening the doors to an eco-friendly showhome in Puriton on Saturday 24 August with the help of celebrity Bake Off star, Louise Williams.
Redrow South West will officially open the doors to a new showhome at its popular Polden Orchards development which launched earlier this year. This development, which will consist of 120-homes, is expected to welcome its first residents in winter 2024/5.
Guests attending the launch will have the opportunity to meet Bake-Off star, Louise, who will be preparing pizzas and other savoury and sweet snacks for guests to enjoy while touring the newly launched property.

The property is equipped with eco-friendly features, including an air source heat pump and EV charging points. The air source heat pump provides a low-carbon alternative to traditional heating systems, efficiently extracting heat from the outside air to warm the home. Inside the Henley, visitors will find a spacious, separate lounge, and an expansive open-plan kitchen-dining area that spans the full width of the home, and French doors that open out into the garden, ideal for socialising.
