Barton Community Band - Open Rehearsal
Heritage Open Day: Barton-upon-Humber has had a band for more than 150 years and traces its origins to Hall’s Ropery Band and the famous Barton Cycle Works Silver Band (Elswick Hopper). The Community Band was formed several years ago and has players with a wide range of age and ability. So what actually goes on during a brass band rehearsal How does the MD get the best out of these players You would be surprised! Come and see and hear for yourself.
