Heritage Open Day: Captain Matthew Flinders was returned to his home village earlier this year after his remains were found in London as part of the HS2 excavations. Our lovely old church is home to a small exhibition about the life and travels and achievements of Captain Flinders. Volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions.
