Heritage Open Day: The unique 1856 Bradley and Craven beam engine will be in steam and the 1940, Lincoln built, Ruston and Hornsby diesel pumping engine will be at work. There is also a display of farm equipment, vintage vehicles, and bygones. Dogdyke Pumping Station is typical of many that could be found in the Fens, keeping the land drained. The site is complete with the engine attendant's cottage, which now houses a refreshment room and small museum of land drainage. The steam powered beam engine built by Bradley and Craven.
