Heritage Open Day: Exhibition held in the historic Brackley Town Hall including photographic exhibition and displays showing leatherwork and household items from times of the Magna Carta and English Civil War. Brackley has deep historical roots spanning centuries, boasting a picturesque town centre with well preserved architecture and landmarks like the 13th-century St. Peter's Church and 18th Century Town Hall. It's historical significance extended to its role as a coaching stop in the 18th and 19th centuries, which shaped its vibrant market town tradition that continues today. Brackley History Society will be exhibiting photographs from Brackley's more recent history, where visitors will be able to witness the changes to the town through time. Another display will focus on earlier history between 1215 and 1642, showing leatherwork and household items from times of the Magna Carta and English Civil War. There are also permanent displays and information about the town in the Town Hall.
