Heritage Open Day: Tours of a 14th century collegiate church with medieval undercrofts of the college buildings. Fine lantern tower. There will be a short introductory PowerPoint display throughout the day and refreshments available. St Peters Parish Church is a 14th century collegiate church which was closed at the dissolution of the monasteries by Henry VIII .There are remains of the college including the under crofts which will be open for guided tours along with the rest of the church ( excluding the tower ).
The church was built by John Pyel a lord Mayor of London whose monument is in the church .
