Nottingham Catholic Cathedral

Heritage Open Day: The cathedral, a masterpiece of the Gothic revival, designed by the celebrated architect, A.W.N. Pugin in the Early English style and built in the early 1840s, will be open daily. On selected days there will also be guided tours, and short talks. The cathedral will be open during its normal hours, subject to cathedral services and special events such as weddings and funerals. Leaflets will be available for those who wish to go round by themselves. On selected days (listed below) guided tours will include the crypt, not normally open to the public, in which there will be a small exhibition.
