Open Garden and exhibit at Cambridge Access Surgery
Heritage Open Day: This September, Cambridge Access Surgery (CAS) invites you to explore our Open Garden and Art Gallery as part of the Open Cambridge festival. Our garden and woodworking program offers a sanctuary where those experiencing homelessness can connect with nature and develop new skills, enhancing their wellbeing and fostering a sense of community.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to wander through our co-created garden, carefully tended by participants of our program. The garden exemplifies the festival's theme of rooted connections and networks, illustrating how nature can ground us, nurture our growth, and interlink our lives in meaningful ways.
