Heritage Open Day: The Grade II listed church will be open from 10am on Saturday 14th September 2024.
Stewards will be on hand to show you around and answer any questions. Information about the history will be available. Although the church is open every Sunday and the hall is used throughout the week, this is a great opportunity to take time to look carefully around the building, and even to go up to the balcony - which is usually closed.
Built in 1880, the church has gone through several changes but is still a good example of a Wesleyan Methodist Church.
We have a fine pipe organ, and if you're in luck, our organist may be there to give you a quick demonstration - or maybe you would like to try yourself!
We have a large car park behind the church, and you are welcome to leave your car there and then walk to other buildings of historical interest nearby.
We will also be welcoming visitors doing the Norfolk Bike Ride on this day, which is in aid of the Norfolk Churches Trust.
