Heritage Open Day: Visit the tranquil site of St Benets Abbey - MONKS. and try your hand at geocaching. Lots of Monk to be found here with interesting facts and quizzes to do. To celebrate HODs 30th Anniversary, we invite everyone to travel the Routes and Networks together and make Connections to their cultural past. You can participate in as much or as little as you like, just get out in the fresh air, learn something new and enjoy the beauty of these special places. This event will be open for the 10 days of HODs. Check our social media and website for updates and if you would like, coincide your visit with a guided tour (available on certain dates).
