A rescued railway - Wymondham's lost rail route
Heritage Open Day: Just what was involved in getting trains back on the abandoned railway between Wymondham and Dereham - and now, in keeping it safely operational And where does Wymondham Abbey Station fit in Watch the heritage trains come and go through the day, while scheduled short talks and a small exhibition will help tell the story. These will be complemented by a bookstall and regular guided tours of the station site and gardens. The talks and tours are both planned for c.20 minutes duration.
