Heritage Open Day: Drop in and celebrate Heritage Open Days at this Grade II listed Watermill. Follow the route of the grain and the water at Stretton Watermill with tours and activities for all the family. The water from Carden Brook drives mill-stones, sieves, sack-hoists and pumps fresh water up-hill to surrounding villages at this wonderful 14th Century cornmill. The grain follows the route from tun to sack with the help of the chatterbox and damsel.
