Heritage Open Day: Guided tours of church available in the morning and guided walk at 2pm for HODs. Join us at St. Mary's Church which is Grade I listed. Tower Fifteenth Century, remainder of building Sixteenth century. Place of worship since Saxon times, mentioned in Domesday Book. Many interesting internal and external features.
In the afternoon at 2pm there will be a guided short walk of the village centre, based on the blue plaque walk leaflet. The walk starts in the church car park. If you wish to do the walk yourself there will be copies of the trail at the church.
