Heritage Open Day: A warm welcome to this interesting Centre and Mosque is guaranteed. Built in red Accrington brick as a Methodist church in the Edwardian era, Manchester Islamic Centre and Didsbury Mosque was bought in 1967 by some members of the Syrian Arab community to be used as a Mosque for the Manchester Muslim community.
