Wellbeing heritage walk: the Irlams O'Th' Height conservation area and Lightoaks Park
Heritage Open Day: Come and join us for a 1 hour heritage wellbeing walk, taking in some of the Irlams O'Th' Height Conservation area and the recent Green Flag Award winning Lightoaks Park. Regular short stops with information provided at each site. Please come and join us for a 1 hour heritage wellbeing walk. We will be partnered by our colleagues at Salford Community Leisure Active Lifestyles who will guide us as we enjoy short stops along the way to talk about the history of the Irlams O'th' Height area and Lightoaks Park. There will be an opportunity after the walk to have refreshments back at the Library and view the exhibition we have as part of HOD event.
Meet outside the entrance of Height Library at 10.15am. The walk will commence at 10.30am and will end at 11.30am. No age restrictions, please wear sensible footwear and/or waterproof clothing.
