Brimstage Heritage Orchard Apple, Pear & Plum Day

Heritage Open Day: A delightful orchard of olden-days fruits to visit see, pick and taste next to one of the oldest buildings in Wirral. It is open to visitors just a few days each year, but welcomes helpers and supporters for special events, workdays and courses. A guided walk round a traditional orchard, pick/taste heritage varieties of apple, pear and plum. Visitors can bring their own apples to crush in a reconstructed 18th century cider press, make juice or cider to take away.
You can chat and swap advice about planting, tree care, bees, orchard crafts, whittling, basket making and orchard frivolities, from dances round the trees to quaffing fresh apple juice.

Brimstage Hall is probably the second oldest building in Wirral.
