Heritage Open Day: Part of the Willis Pipe Organ Festival at St Mary & St Giles Church.
Jonathan showcases and explores ‘musical connections’ on the Willis organ. A concert on the Willis organ by Jonathan Kingston showcasing 'musical connections' featuring composers and pieces with a connecting theme from the UK, Europe and USA. A full programme will be available nearer the time on the Music for All @ SMSG website. An exhibition exploring the routes, connections and networks in this pipe organ will be on display.
Free event - no need to book. Cake, coffee and tea available from 1500. The concert starts at 1600. Donations to the Organ Maintenance Fund are welcome.
