Heritage Open Day: Exhibition of Loving Earth Project Panels of sewn collage celebrating parts of our planet that we value and want to conserve.
Visit our lovely Grade II listed Georgian house and peaceful walled garden. Cream teas and refreshments available. Our house has a number of interesting historic features outside and inside. From the top floor there are great views of Wolvesey Castle and the Bishops Palace. The garden is a beautiful enclosed spot with areas for quiet sitting or meditation- a perfect place to enjoy some peace and a drink, with maybe a cream tea!
Our exhibition this year will consist of many colourful collages created by many people all over the country to draw attention to conservation issues and climate change. There will be an opportunity to start one of your own panels as well with craft materials available-bring your family to join in with this exciting and meaningful project.
