Heritage Open Day: The flint-walled 13th century chapel and hall of a 'Commandery' of Knights Hospitallers, later converted into a farmhouse. It has a remarkable medieval crown post roof and 16th century ceilings with moulded beams. Explore the interior of St John's Commandery and see it's unique architectural historic features. Although the chapel and part of an adjoining hall were converted into a farmhouse, evidence of the original function of the buildings can still be seen as a result of the 1970s conservation works.
