Heritage Open Day: Have you always wanted to see behind the scenes at the Playhouse? Well here's your chance!
Come for a tour, a coffee or a chat - we will welcome you with open arms.
Guided tours, performances, refreshments, and a licensed bar will be available. Even if you have already visited the Playhouse, this is a unique opportunity to discover how The Lindley Players put on shows, meet the dedicated people that keep the theatre running and maybe even find a new hobby!
Guided tours of the Playhouse will include the dressing rooms, studio, lighting and sound control room, stage, workshop and wardrobe. The technical aspects of producing a show will be demonstrated, this will include lighting, sound, properties and make-up. Refreshments, including a licensed bar will be available.
