Heritage Open Day: Visit the homes of the 2019 Nobel Prize Laureate and Oxford-Astrazeneca COVID-19 vaccine! The many laboratories at the Old Road Campus innovate and make breakthroughs in Cancer Research, Vaccine Development and Drug Discoveries. A number of institutes and departments based within the ORCRB are looking forward to opening the building to visitors interested in the research we do here. From cancer to vaccines to biomedical engineering research, the Old Road Campus Research Building hosts an array of internationally renowned scientists who are looking forward to showing some of their work to the public. There will be an array of activities, demonstrations and talks designed to interest all age groups from children to adults. Free parking.
