St Peter's Church, Bournemouth
Heritage Open Day: Visit one of Bournemouth's landmark churches. Celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of architect G E Street, this year, come and visit a fine example of his Victorian architecture in the town centre church of St Peter, Bournemouth. Street is probably better known for his design of the Royal Courts of Justice on The Strand. The graveyard of the church also has the resting places of Mary Shelley, Constantin Sylvestri and Dan Godfrey amongst others.
