St Margaret's Church, Hunningham
Heritage Open Day: Come and find this hidden treasure tucked away in the hamlet of Hunningham, which was built in 1216 so that residents could attend church when the river crossing to Wappenbury was flooded. The church is built of Ashlar sandstone with Victorian additions and a wooden bell tower. The west wall consists of a huge exterior buttress and a long pointed light containing the Millennium window. The font is white sandstone from the 14th century.
