Heritage Open Day: Guy’s Cliffe; history, legend, mystery, dating from before 5th Century, Royal connections, legendary Sir Guy of Warwick, ruin of18th century country mansion, caves both man made and natural, triassic Cliffs, riverside & beautiful grounds. Visit Guy's Cliffe and spend time wandering the grounds, seeing the beautiful buildings and amazing caves. There will be guides to tell you more about the abundant history of this wonderful site, which is so peaceful and healing with so many secrets to be told. In the courtyard you will see the wonderful Coach house, many storage caves and even the remains of the ‘railway track’ used to smooth the passage of the coal wagon which fed the fires of the house.
