Holyhead Studios - Open Studios
Heritage Open Day: Holyhead Studios is a not for profit arts organisation based in Coventry providing an affordable printmaking facility and studio spaces to support Visual Artists in the local community. Holyhead Studios was formed in 2016 by a collective of artists and community groups, with the aim of providing artistic education and creative experiences for local people regardless of their economic or social status .
Located in a historical building C1897, originally the first Quakers 'Friends Meeting House' in Coventry. The 1970s saw the building used as a rehearsal space for The Specials and has its own '2-tone Trail' historic plaque.
