Heritage Open Day: The LTB (ex Litten Tree Pub) building is the original ‘front of house’ showrooms/customer reception for the Rover Company, who had their factory to the rear - and with over 10,000ft of floorspace to be found over 4 levels, there’s plenty to explore! LTB opened in 2021 as a community artspace , gifting display and event opportunities to local people - and since early 2023 this now includes the ex Litten Tree pub areas too on the ground floor.
This year’s Heritage Open Day dates look like being the last opportunity visitors will have to access the building as demolition is happening very soon (our site occupies the southernmost point of the City Centre South redevelopment scheme) - so we’ll be making a special effort to open up the entire space, including areas not seen before by the public, and putting on some extra history displays.
