Bromwich Hall Alive - Medieval Mayhem - medieval encampment at Bromwich Hall
Heritage Open Day: Join us for a weekend travelling back to the 1400s with knights, ladies and peasants! Join in knight school and learn to be a soldier, join in a medieval dance, learn about food and medicine and clothes, with activities for young visitors Visit our medieval encampment in the grounds of Bromwich Hall, the medieval home of the Lords of the Manor of West Bromwich. The oldest parts of the building date back to the 1270s with extensions in the 1400s and Tudor period.
See the house and grounds come alive with costumed characters from the 1400s. Meet the Lord of the Manor and fine ladies as well as ordinary medieval folk.
