Britain's What's On Event Guide
Beningbrough Hall, Gallery & Gardens
Heritage Open Day: Explore the evolving gardens and watch the harvest grow in the walled garden. Step inside the grand hall and uncover the architecture
and collections which tell the story of a country house and the people who have shaped Beningbrough. Head outdoors to see what’s in season in the walled garden, stroll among luxurious borders and sit under the Pergola. As the autumn harvest is starting, there will be apples and pears in abundance from over 90 varieties of fruit grown. Late colour is provided by dahlias and asters, especially along the south border. Discover a new route through the grounds in the new Mediterranean Garden. Spot the first signs of trees taking on their golden tones as you explore and look out to the parkland beyond.
