Heritage Open Day: Visit St James' to explore the heritage of this 12th Century Church in the south of the city.

Cake and refreshments are available throughout. Take yourself on a self-lead tour using our pop-up banners around the church, or chat with our volunteers about the history of this impressive building.
View photos and information about the church choir through the years including the Boy Bishop of Norton, photos of the church and Rector W.G. Hall, documents relating to the reordering of the church by W.D. Street, and read old editions of the Insight parish magazine.
There will be a sword-fighting display after lunch on the 7th (weather permitting - will try again on the 14th if we have to postpone).
The church bells will be rung - time TBC.
