St Mary’s Church Walkley Open Day with Exhibitions of the History of this and other Walkley Church
Heritage Open Day: Celebrate the beautiful artisan craftsmanship within the building including the Victorian & 21st century stained glass windows. Exhibitions about past and current places of Worship and Walkley cemeteries. Visit the bell tower to meet the bellringers St Mary’s church is joining Walkley Historians, Walkley Community Centre and Walkley Library in this one day event to celebrate the history of Walkley, its buildings and its people.

• The History of Walkley’s Cemeteries with Hugh Waterhouse
• 'Walkley Ebenezer Primitive Methodist Church and its Historical Connections with the Walkley Community.' Hilary Bull of the Walkley Historians.
