Heritage Open Day: Following the success of the Heritage Open Day in 2023, it was decided to install a number of information boards in Cross Flatts Park. Visitors will be shown around the park and buy plants from a sale held by the local bloom group. The plant sale will run from 1000-1200pm and there will be 3 tours. A leaflet will be available which will include a quiz. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are available from a cafe in the park. There will also be a display of what events and activities are currently available all year round. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
