Heritage Open Day: Michael Meadowcroft returns to the historic Lancasterian School Room with another talk for Heritage Open Days. For almost a century, up to 1921, railways in Britain had a dominant position and individual lines, long and short proliferated, not least in Leeds. Michael will consider the maze of railway lines and stations across the city.
