Come and Sing Fauré's Requiem
Come and join Haverhill Singers and Halstead Choral for a fun-filled afternoon learning one of the greatest vocal works, Fauré's Requiem as well as some more stunning choral favourites. Everyone is welcome!
All you need to bring is you, your voice and your enthusiasm. All the music is provided as well as tea/coffee and biscuits for the breaks. Matthey McVey, Music Director, will be leading us through an afternoon of musical delights as we prepare these choral favourites:
• Fauré's Requiem
• Mozart's Lacrimosa and Ave Verum Corpus
• Franck's Panis Angelicus, Franck
• Tomas Luis de Victoria, O Vos Omnes
• Timothy Parson, Now the Green Blade Riseth
Revel in the delight of singing our hearts out as the afternoon finishes with a performance at 6pm of these magical choral works.
