First look inside new Yate care home – which has its own cinema, hair
A care home in Yate is inviting the local community to explore its purpose-built facilities.
Care UK’s Ladden View, on Fletcher Road, will be open to the community on 28th September and 5th October from 10am to 2pm, and on 29th September and 6th October from 12pm to 4pm.
Members of the community will have the opportunity to meet the team and chat to the Home Manager, Sarah Daly, and Customer Relations Manager, Daniel Glover.
Guests will also be able to take a tour around the care home, including the cinema, hair salon and café.
Sarah Daly, Home Manager at Ladden View, said: We're excited to open the doors to Ladden View and welcome the community into our wonderful home.
“We understand the importance of making a care home feel like home, which is why we encourage local people to visit, meet the team, and learn why life in a Care UK care home is special.
“We’re incredibly proud of the warm and welcoming environment we’ve created here at Ladden View, and we’re looking forward to meeting the people of Yate, and the surrounding areas and show them what life could be like at Ladden View!
Ladden View will be a state-of the-art care home providing full-time residential and dementia care, as well as short-term respite care. Designed to enable residents to live enjoyable and fulfilling lives, the home will have its very own cinema, hair salon and café, along plenty of space – both indoors and out – for relaxation and recreation.
