Rosie Kellett And Castillo De Ibiza Rose Suppers
Celebrating the final few weeks of the Ibizan season, the rosé brand is bottling up the magic of the island and inviting Brits to enjoy rosé the Ibizan way. With a bespoke menu artfully crafted by Kellett the event offers guests an evening of delectable flavours, shared conversation and golden hour island vibes in the heart of the city.

Taking inspiration from the laid back eateries of the Balearic Islands, the one-off event will feature communal sharing plates and traditional Mediterranean dishes. On arrival, guests can enjoy an inventive rosé welcome cocktail, designed by Manachain Monaghan, to toast to the night ahead as well as Castillo de Ibiza to pair with each dish.
Set at a sunset rooftop venue at The Boundary Hotel, in London’s Shoreditch, diners will be transported straight to the magical island of Ibiza with live entertainment from a DJ.
Chef and supper club host, Rosie Kellett, said: “I’m so excited to be partnering with Castillo de Ibiza for their Sundowner Series and to bring people together for one last toast to summer.
“Suppers is all about celebrating delicious food and good conversation, and there’s no better way to enjoy that than with a chilled glass of rosé in hand.”
