Halloween Burton Gaol Ghost walk on the 31st of October
Burton ghost walk starts and finishes at the Royal Oak/Burton Gaol. The event starts at 7 pm and is an hour long . We will start the tour in the royal oak. Afterwards we will move outside to hear tales of the darker side of Burton.
Tickets are on sale at £17 per person and include a free drink (alcholic and none alcholic) up to the price of £5. It is advised to come before 7 pm to get your drink tickets (maybe have a drink before hand as well for courage).
The haunted walk is the nickname given to Burton ghost walk. With visitations of spirits. With a spirit of a abbot appearing and terifying a group so much they ran of the walk. This is one of numerous examples of spirits contacting the public while going round the walk.
It is probably not surprising. With the legends connected with the Holy grail , peaky blinders ,Mary Queen of Scots and many more.
The story of the ghosts of Burton are laced with tragedy,humor and intrigue. As you walk with them as their stories are told.
