For Your Tomorrow - A D-Day Memorial Installation
Experience the poignant spectacle of 1475 life-size soldier silhouettes in Stowe Gardens' picturesque landscape. Representing the military personnel killed in the D-Day landing, For Your Tomorrow opens to the public 1 October -11 November.
The large-scale installation consists of 1475 life-size silhouettes of Second World War military personnel and is currently on display in Normandy.
The installation at Stowe Gardens offers an opportunity to remember family, friends and colleagues lost in conflict situations over the past 80 years. Stowe has a rich military history and an impressive outdoor gallery space in which to showcase the artwork.

There’s no additional charge to see the installation in normal opening hours or to book a sunrise visit for a more personal experience, but there is a charge for the twilight events with special lighting. Sunrise experience 4 October (booking essential) – 9 November 6-8am
Twilight experience with special lighting (booking essential) – 18-27 October 5.30-7.30pm / 27 Oct-3 November 4-6pm. Over 18 £10, Under 18 £5
