Livat Sleep Mode

Livat Hammersmith is thrilled to announce its very own Sleep Mode event taking place just before the clocks change this October. Taking place at Livat from Thursday 17th to Saturday 26th October 2024, between 1pm and 5pm daily, the event offers visitors a chance to immerse themselves in all things sleep.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the world, good sleep is more important than ever, which is why Livat Hammersmith is aiming to educate visitors about the benefits of quality sleep and how to achieve it through a variety of fun activations.

The event is free to visitors at Livat Hammersmith throughout the event period and better yet, there are 10 x £10 Livat Gift Cards up for grabs if you sign up the Livat Hammersmith’s newsletter whilst you’re at the event!

Whether you’re curious about your dreams or looking for a creative way to relax, Sleep Mode at Livat Hammersmith offers something for everyone:

IKEA Sleep Selfie station: Capture your perfect dreamy moment at the IKEA cloud themed selfie station where you can take a pose in a ‘bed’.

Soothing Soundscape: Visitors can relax in the specially designed soundscape, featuring relaxing ASMR-style sounds that are proven to ease stress and promote sleep. Giant beanbags and headsets will be available, allowing guests to sit back, relax, and even drift off into a nap.

Dream Decoder: Ever wondered what your dreams mean? Spin the dial at the Dream Decoder wall to learn more about the science behind common dreams and discover what your subconscious might be trying to tell you.

Sleep Social Station: Engage in mindful activities proven to reduce stress before bed. Visitors can learn more about the art of sleep journalling or enjoy some snooze themed puzzles. These relaxing activities will help visitors unwind and prepare for a perfect night’s rest.
