Stephanie Moore Book Talk
What’s the relationship between gut health and anxiety and depression? Can what you eat really affect your mood, your energy and how well you sleep? These and many other questions will be answered by author and Goodwood Health and Wellbeing’s clinical nutritional lead Stephanie Moore, as we launch her new book ‘Eat Your Brain Happy’.
Stephanie takes a whole body approach to health and wellbeing in this, her second book. She says, “Improving your physical wellness and taking a proactive approach to what you choose to eat, how you live, your sleep patterns and the effort you make to connect with others, will have a profound impact on your life, however old you are.”
During the evening, Stephanie will highlight some of her at home, safe solutions which you can add into your daily routine to engender real and lasting change. There will also be time for questions from the audience.
Join us on Thursday 10 October at the Goodwood Hotel as Stephanie shares her science-backed knowledge on how keeping your gut microbiome healthy is the key to managing anxiety and depression.
Cost: £15 Health & Wellbeing members, £20 for non-Health & Wellbeing members – both ticket prices include a copy of Stephanie’s book.
