FREE taster session with the Cowbridge Rock Choir
If you have ever wondered 'are there any community choirs near me?' then the answer is firmly yes!
Your friendly local Cowbridge choir is run by singing teacher Stephanie Todd. The Cowbridge branch is part of the unique national singing family that is Rock Choir. Whilst retaining our focus on Cowbridge community causes and events, our nearby Rock Choir groups come together in regional and even national groups for bigger events, such performing en masse at the 10,000 seat Wembley Arena, achieving album sales that enter the charts, radio appearances and Guinness World Records and helping to raise millions for charity. Joining this incomparable musical national treasure is very easy, there are no auditions, there's no need to read music and we're open to everyone in your local community!
Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Stephanie tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with her about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 19 years experience giving members of the public who are new to singing in a choir the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music.
Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir is great as it has given me the opportunity to sing again without the constraints of a formal choir. The pieces are broken down so you are able to learn them and you can also download songs to practise at home. Its a great way to release the stresess of life.
