Spooky street market to sweep The Red Dragon Centre this half-term

AFTER its roaring success this summer, Cardiff Bay’s leading entertainment venue, The Red Dragon Centre, is welcoming back its Dragon Bay Market this spooky season.

Green Top Markets host food and craft markets in south Wales to promote local produce and create a community hub within a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Adding to the Halloween spirit, the iconic Titan the Robot will be visiting the Centre on 31 October at 12.30pm, 2pm, and 3.30pm, as Transformers One hits the big screen. The Britain’s Got Talent alum will be in full entertainment mode with robotic comedy, music and fun for all ages. There’s no need to pre-book, simply head to the Centre for free to grab a sighting.

The event promises to be an action-packed day for all the family to enjoy the great indoors this spooky season. The Red Dragon Centre’s venues will be open as normal, including the Odeon Cinema hosting Wales’ only IMAX screen.

The Red Dragon Centre hosts a variety of interactive, lifestyle, and dining venues, including Odeon Cinema and Hollywood Bowl. Other attractions include Grosvenor Casino, Five Guys, Spice Route, Volcano, EasyThali, and Zaika. The Centre also houses the Capital FM South Wales studio, formerly Red Dragon FM and Heart FM, where Josh and Kally broadcast their Capital Drive Show live every weekday.
Taking place on 30 October, during half-term, the Dragon Bay Market is The Red Dragon Centre’s second venture with Green Top Markets, following the success of the summer street market earlier this year. Located inside the Centre, the market will be a seasonal hub for the whole family to enjoy artisanal treasures, handcrafted delights and free face-painting.
