‘Succulents’ talk by Frank Sengpiel
We welcome Frank Sengpiel to speak to us on succulents. Frank is Professor of Neuroscience and Head of the Neuroscience Division at Cardiff University, but describes himself as 'a cactophile, wildlife enthusiast and Borussia Dortmund fan'. He is an expert on cacti and succulents, which most of us consider as house plants, but he is going to talk us through the succulents that are hardy - even in Wales - that we can grow in our gardens.
There will also be a raffle and refreshments
The event is organised by the HPS Monmouthshire Group
Doors open at 2pm and the talk starts at 2:30pm, with the event finishing at about 4 pm
Non-members are very welcome - entrance fee £6, incl. refreshments (members £4)
